The purpose of this call for applications it to create a pool of qualified candidates that are interested in employment at the EUDA in the role of Administrative assistant (contract agent, function group II). Successful applicants will be considered for future vacancies as they arise.
The Administrative assistant will provide administrative support and will carry out secretarial duties in various administrative processes, responding to the priorities of the EUDA.

The position we are recruiting for is situated within the Resources management and administrative services (ADM) unit, and the selected candidate will be reporting to the Head of the Human resources management sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and executing strategic HR initiatives, and ensuring effective workforce management. This includes overseeing HR planning and reporting activities, managing the HR staffing plan and budget, contributing to key strategic documents and supporting payroll management.
In addition, the role will involve contributing to the development, maintenance, and optimisation of HR databases and information systems, ensuring accurate data management and alignment with regulatory frameworks.
